• BOOKING APPOINTMENTS You are required to provide a credit card to book your appointment. Your card will NOT be charged UNLESS you are a new client and are booking for a service that requires a 20% deposit. Inputting your card information states that you have read the terms and conditions stated below. • WAXING APPOINTMENTS Discontinue using any products that chemically exfoliate or dries out the skin for at least a week prior to waxing. Such as Differin, Retin-A/Retinol, Glycolic Acid/Lactic Acid/AHA's, Salicylic Acid/BHA's, ProActive, Avita, Benzoyl Peroxide. *PLEASE BE ADVISED- these medications can cause the skin to be thin or extra sensitive and can cause skin lifting. IF YOU HAVE TAKEN ACCUTANE WITHIN THE LAST YEAR IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO WAX FOR ONE YEAR AFTER YOU HAVE STOPPED TAKING THIS MEDICATION IF YOU HAVE ANY CHRONIC SKIN CONDITION SUCH AS: - Roseacea , Eczema , Psoriasis Please consult with your physician before booking your appointment • PERIOD POLICY 🩸 If you are on your menstrual cycle the day of your brazilian wax, you can still receive your services as long as you wear a tampon. If you are not comfortable receiving your services, you may cancel. *PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CANCELLATION POLICY STILL APPLIES.* All services paid with credit cards will be charged a convenience fee of 3.5% If you would like to avoid these fees you can choose to pay via -Cash -Zelle -Apple pay DEPOSITS: deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment less than 24 hour notice, you will forfeit your deposit and charged a 30% of your service total. Deposits can be transferred one time only. After one transfer, your deposit will be forfeited. NO CALL-NO SHOW: A no-call / no show will result in a cancellation of appointment and charged a 50% of your service total. LATE ARRIVALS: You are given a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled. You will be charged 50% of your service total. UNLESS we are able to reschedule you at a later time that same day. If booked multiple services and wish to remove a service, please provide a notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Anything less than 24 hours will be considered a cancellation and charged 50% of service being canceled.

Cancellation Policy
